Who provides this warranty
FIELDHOLD products are manufactured by Hertzian Labs LLC, Gilberts, Illinois. This limited warranty is provided through Ceasoned Inc., the seller of record, and is backed by the manufacturer.
What is covered
We warrant FIELDHOLD hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period below. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, at no charge for parts or labor.
Warranty period
24 months from delivery, as a working figure pending manufacturer confirmation. The confirmed period will be stated on your order acknowledgement and invoice. The optional battery carries the manufacturer's separate battery warranty.
What is not covered
- Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized modification.
- Damage from fire, flood, lightning, power surges or other events outside normal use.
- Normal wear items, cosmetic wear, and consumables.
- The Starlink Mini terminal or any other customer-supplied equipment. That equipment is covered by its own manufacturer's warranty.
- Satellite, cellular or other third-party service availability, coverage or performance.
- Products purchased from an unauthorized reseller.
How to make a claim
Email support@fieldhold.com with your order number, the product serial number, and a description of the issue. We will respond with next steps. Do not ship anything to us before you have a return authorization.
Starlink installation acknowledgement
Starlink installation is a service: we fit a Starlink Mini that you supply into the FIELDHOLD case before shipment. By purchasing this service you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Starlink Mini is your property and is not included in the price of the case.
- We do not warrant the Starlink Mini. SpaceX's own warranty and terms govern that device.
- Our warranty covers our workmanship in fitting the Mini and the FIELDHOLD hardware, and does not extend to the Mini itself.
- Starlink service requires a separate account and is outside our control.
When this service is in your cart, the checkout records the text above with the date and time of your acknowledgement.
Your rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary by state. Nothing here excludes or limits any right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
