Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the purchase of FIELDHOLD products from Ceasoned Inc. Read them before you order.
FIELDHOLD is a brand of Ceasoned Inc., referred to here as "we" or "us". Ceasoned Inc. is the seller of record for every FIELDHOLD order. There is no separate FIELDHOLD legal entity, and no assumed business name. A purchase order, invoice or receipt will name Ceasoned Inc.

1. Not a life-safety device
FIELDHOLD is a communications product. It is not a life-safety device, a certified emergency communications system, or a substitute for licensed public-safety radio, 911, or any system of record. Do not rely on FIELDHOLD as the only means of communication in a situation where a failure could cause injury or loss of life.
2. Third-party services
FIELDHOLD uses third-party satellite and cellular services. Starlink service is provided by SpaceX and is not included. Cellular service requires a customer-supplied SIM and plan, or service through HiveCatcher. These services require separate accounts, are governed by their providers' own terms, and their availability, coverage and performance are outside our control.
No Starlink terminal is included with any FIELDHOLD product. A Starlink Mini is required for satellite operation and must be supplied by the customer or fitted by us as a separate service.
3. Specifications and provisional values
Specifications, dimensions, weights, runtime figures and ingress protection ratings shown on this site are design targets and are provisional until confirmed by the manufacturer. Values marked provisional may change. We do not warrant that a product will match a provisional figure exactly.
4. Orders, pricing and volume tiers
Quotes are in US dollars and are exclusive of tax unless stated. Volume discounts are computed from quantity alone and cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or channel price. Distributor and dealer pricing is arranged separately, in writing, on a quote, and never in the configurator.
We may correct pricing errors before an order is accepted. An order is accepted when we send an order acknowledgement.
5. Payment
We accept major credit cards and ACH or wire transfer. A discount may be offered for ACH or wire payment, presented as a discount off the card price. Payment terms for invoiced orders are stated on the invoice.
6. Lead time, cancellation and changes
FIELDHOLD products are built to order. Your order acknowledgement states the build lead time and the date after which the order is no longer cancellable. Until that date you may cancel or change an order without charge. After that date, changes may not be possible and cancellation may forfeit the deposit.
7. Warranty
FIELDHOLD products carry the limited warranty described on the Warranty page. That page forms part of these terms.
8. Returns
Returns are governed by the Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any FIELDHOLD product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or inability to operate a site.
10. Government sales
We sell to government and public-safety buyers. Applicable representations, certifications and standard terms are listed on the Government page. Where a government entity's mandatory flow-down terms conflict with these terms, the government terms control for that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
