What ships, where it ships, and what it costs.
Coverage and cost
Shipping is included within the lower 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii and remote or offshore sites are quoted individually. If your delivery address is outside the lower 48, request a quote and we will confirm shipping before you order.
Lead time
FIELDHOLD products are built to order. Lead time varies and is stated on your order acknowledgement, along with the date after which the order is no longer cancellable. We do not promise a delivery date before that acknowledgement.
Delivery and receipt
Inspect the shipment on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork and contact us within 48 hours at support@fieldhold.com so we can resolve it.
Shipping method
The shipping method for your order is confirmed on your order acknowledgement. Some configurations and quantities ship by a dedicated carrier.
International
We ship within the United States only. For delivery outside the United States, email support@fieldhold.com and we will tell you whether it is possible.
