The regional asset and the per-vehicle asset
FirstNet and state deployable fleets are built for the large, shared events: declared disasters, named storms, large wildfires, planned mass gatherings, and multi-day incidents with a formal incident management team. Those events get an asset because someone requested it through a coordination channel, it was approved, and it drove to the site.
The calls that fill a department's year are smaller. A working structure fire that runs six hours in a dead spot. A rural highway MVA with extrication. A water rescue staged at a boat ramp with one bar of service. A mutual aid box alarm where the incoming battalion has no data path back to its own CAD. A county fair or parade too small to trigger a regional asset and big enough to saturate the local cell site.
By the time a regional asset is requested, approved, dispatched and set up, the call is often cleared. That is the gap a per-vehicle case fills. FIELDHOLD is not a replacement for a FirstNet CRD. It is the unit that stays with the truck.

Compliance statements
Section 889
FIELDHOLD products do not incorporate covered telecommunications equipment or services as defined in Section 889 of the FY2019 NDAA. The Starlink terminal is not included. The integrated cellular router is imported, with its country of origin to be confirmed with the manufacturer, and Starlink is operated by SpaceX (United States). None are covered entities or their subsidiaries or affiliates. Confirm requirements for your specific solicitation.
Trade Agreements Act
FIELDHOLD is assembled in the USA from US and imported components. Country-of-origin information for a specific model and configuration is provided in writing on request. Do not rely on TAA compliance for a procurement without our written confirmation for that order.
Buy American
We do not claim unqualified US origin. The satellite terminal is SpaceX-built, the cellular router is imported, and the assembly is performed in the USA. Ask us for the origin breakdown before you certify.
Not a life-safety device
FIELDHOLD is not a life-safety device and is not a substitute for licensed public-safety radio or 911. See the Terms and Conditions.
These statements are drafts for review and do not replace a signed representation. Confirm any compliance requirement with us in writing before you rely on it.
