What the estimate is built on
The optional battery is two 99Wh packs, 198Wh nominal and 90% usable. Runtime falls as load rises. At 50W the estimate is about 3.6 hours; at 25W it is about 7.1 hours.
Why there is no single runtime number
The current manufacturer sheet does not publish runtime. We will publish tested figures when Hertzian supplies the load, starting state of charge and ambient temperature behind them.
What it does not account for
- Cold or hot temperatures, which reduce usable capacity.
- Poor satellite signal, which raises radio power draw.
- Additional battery packs, which extend total runtime.
- The receiver and router draw of your own equipment. Measure it and enter the real figure.
Both models take the same optional battery. FIELDHOLD TWO adds the cellular router, which raises the load when that path is active.
